Wow! This is huge news. Everyone’s favorite high school science teacher Bryan Cranston Breaks Bad joins the cast of Drive, the adaptation of the brilliant novel by James Sallis.

Since Nicolas Winding Refn is hard at work on pre-production on “Drive” with Ryan Gosling. Well the actor won’t be the only one in the mix now that “Breaking Bad” actor Bryan Cranston has joined up on the cast. The upcoming feature focuses on a guy who is a cool stuntman by day but speeds around as a getaway driver by night.
In an interview with Film School Rejects, Refn blurts out the good news. “We signed Bryan Cranston. I wanted him and I got him. He’s my favorite actor around.”
The “Valhalla Rising” writer and director is set to put “Drive” out in theaters sometime in 2012. You can see Bryan Cranston in AMC’s Emmy award winning series “Breaking Bad” on your television, totally check it out.
